Renova Design Build is a Surrey, BC-based general contractor and Red Seal carpentry firm run by the Quesnel family, serving the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland — a business built on the same commitment since day one: the person who quotes the job is the person standing on-site running it. That family reputation has grown over decades of hands-on work — structural concrete on commercial job sites, an equestrian arena in Langley, custom homes in West Vancouver and on the Sunshine Coast, and full renovations in Surrey and New Westminster.

The result is a firm that pairs masterful specialty carpentry with the full general-contracting scope — design-build, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and multi-trade coordination — and can move fluidly between a full residential renovation and a multi-month commercial concrete formwork contract without losing the quality control that comes from direct, on-site trade-leader supervision.
